Will my clients realize it is not me?
Clanksy introduces herself as the salon digital assistant, never pretends to be you. The tone is what you configure: friendly, professional, warm, as you prefer. To clients she is a colleague of the salon, not a machine.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You can keep your current number and forward to Clanksy only the missed calls (so you answer when you can, she answers when you are busy). Or activate a dedicated number for public presence.
Does it work with Treatwell or Booksy?
Yes. We import client history and appointments from the platform you already use during onboarding. Your existing calendar keeps working as before.
What happens if Clanksy makes a mistake?
Nothing goes out without your OK: Instagram posts, offers, review replies. For direct client messages, if Clanksy has a doubt she pings you on WhatsApp before replying. You can also correct her by voice at any time ("do not propose offers on Sunday") and she adapts immediately.
Is my clients data safe?
Yes. Servers in Europe, GDPR compliant. Full conversations are never stored: we only extract relevant preferences (e.g. "loves warm colour", "comes Tuesday afternoon") and they can be deleted on client request. No data sold to third parties, ever.
How long does it take to learn?
Initial setup is 30 minutes, we do it together. First two weeks are adaptation (you approve drafts, give feedback). From week 3 she is autonomous. You control from the dashboard on your phone, two taps.
Can I disable her whenever I want?
Yes, anytime. Even just one feature (e.g. turn off auto offers but keep the receptionist) or everything. You can do it from the dashboard or by talking to her directly.
How much does it cost?
